Welcome to the Chancellery’s Website

Dear visitors,

On behalf of the Chancellery Department, I would like to welcome visitors to the Chancellery's website. Consistent with the development of information technology and the transformation of work culture that rely heavily on computers and telecommunications equipment to swiftly gain access  to information, the Chancellery's website is being developed to meet the demands of accessing information related to the Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM).

For your information, the development of the Chancellery's website is part of the information and communication technology app in its service delivery system. In order to become the eminent management university, the dissemination of information must be delivered swiftly, accurately and effectively.

The Chancellery's website is also part of the endeavours that support the efforts made by Ministry of Higher Education of Malaysia and the intention of the Malaysian government to establish informative website in the effective delivery system for public service agencies.

I hope that the Chancellery's website will be the leading information provider that will assist in the delivery of information, news, activities, latest programmes for the benefit of the students, members of staff, the surrounding community and the rest of the world who surf the website. It is a medium that provides a quick way of interaction especially in providing clearer information on university developments and matters related to activities and services at UUM.

The Chancellery's website also serves as one of the channels to receive information quickly and effectively. Visitors are welcome to provide various inputs through feedback forms through email app, as well as social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other online apps. Ideas and complaints conveyed through the right channels can be used to improve the services provided. Improvements in service quality can help the University achieve their set mission and vision.

Lastly, it is hoped that visitors will benefit from surfing the Chancellery’s website. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
